ADVANCED CONNECTIVITY. 5G AND IoT NETWORKS
Go to the formEquipment description
Connectivity is key to driving new business models, transforming industrial processes and reducing the digital divide in rural environments. At IRIS LAB we have a 5G and IoT network infrastructure that allows companies, technology centres and administrations to experiment with the latest generation technologies, without the need to make large investments.
Thanks to this advanced infrastructure, any entity in Navarra can test, validate and adapt solutions based on 5G and the Internet of Things (IoT), accessing a flexible, secure and fully configurable environment, designed to accelerate innovation.
Equipment keys
This equipment is available for any entity or organisation interested in experimenting with 5G and IoT technology. It can be used by SMEs, start-ups and technology companies that want to validate their developments; research centres, universities and SINAI agents; public administrations that are looking for new connectivity applications; educational or training centres for innovative projects; and also, industrial or primary sector companies that wish to explore advanced solutions adapted to their processes.
A flexible model is offered that allows both one-time use for testing and longer-term testing. An access price to the service is set at € 350 (tax base) per week for shared access and € 1,000 (tax base) for exclusive dedicated access.
In the event that the transfer of the infrastructure to a specific location is required, the transfer costs will be borne by the user.
The infrastructure allows testing in two environments:
Fixed environment: 5G network deployed in the Telecommunications Centre of Zubiri.
Transportable Node: 5G network that can be temporarily installed in other locations.
All this managed from a private 5G Core, with multiple network configurations and connectivity with the CPD of the Government of Navarra.
The use is scheduled for week periods. A number of weeks will be allocated depending on the needs of the project and the availability of the infrastructure.

Maintenance and revision of the equipment
IRIS NAVARRA and Nasertic staff are responsible for carrying out regular checks and maintenance, both preventively and correctively, to detect and correct small faults that may arise.
What if there are problems?
We will analyse each case, but in principle, the NASERTIC staff will be available to help in whatever is necessary.
Do I need training to use this equipment?
Yes, prior basic training or technical support is required to use the infrastructure. IRIS Navarra provides technical advice and personalised configuration.
