How much will it cost?
PRICES OF THE EQUIPMENT
The price depends on the equipment itself, but in any case, it will be a minimum, advantageous price. The price will be an advantage not a drawback if you decide to try it. The equipment is offered under rental or assignment models, as the case may be.

How long can I use it for?
DURATION OF THE RENTAL OR TRANSFER OF THE EQUIPMENT
The duration of the rental or assignment will again depend on each piece of equipment, but it will always be enough time for you to get to know it well, test it thoroughly, experiment in the reality of your business, etc. For example, we have a high-performance equipment digital laboratory, which you can access for several hours, or you can test advanced modems for tractors in agriculture for a maximum period of 3 years.

Who does the maintenance?
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTIONS
If the equipment you want to use requires maintenance and / or revision, it will be us, IRIS NAVARRA, who will be in charge of carrying out such maintenance, because it is our responsibility to keep the equipment in the best possible condition and our responsibility is also to make the process as simple as possible for you.

Can I take it with me or do I have to go to HUB?
COME TO THE HUB OR TAKE THE EQUIPMENT WITH YOU
The answer DEPENDS on the piece of equipment, for example, the virtual fencing collars will be worn by each cow, however, if you want to use 3D printers, you will have to come to our facilities.

What if there is a PROBLEM?
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, A FAILURE.... WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?
We will analyse the problem and determine the conditions under which it has occurred, as well as the terms of the loan or assignment of the equipment. In principle, if something goes wrong, IRIS Navarra takes care.

Equipment warranty
IS THE EQUIPMENT UNDER WARRANTY?
All the equipment units available at IRIS Lab are new, and all of them come with a warranty, although the duration of this may vary depending on the piece of equipment in question. This guarantee applies from the time of purchase of the equipment itself. Thus, for example, the virtual fencing collars have a two-year warranty from their acquisition (September 2024).

Training to use the equipment
DO I NEED TO BE TRAINED TO USE THE EQUIPMENT? HOW MANY HOURS?
All equipment requires training to be able to use it. In some cases, this will be very brief, it may consist of reading a manual, or watching some videos, in other cases, such as certain 3D printers, it will be necessary to carry out specific training, and it can only be used with the accompaniment and supervision of an authorised professional.
