1er CTF Navarra CYBER TALENT 24

The first phase of the first CTF Navarra Cyber Talent’24 was held on March 14th at the UPNA, and this Thursday the final phase took place at the Baluarte Boulevard hall, in which a total of 10 teams made up of students from the UPNA, the CI María Ana Sanz and CIP Donapea participated.

During the celebration of the #OTDChallenge, three prizes in the amount of 1,000, 600 and 300 euros, respectively, were awarded to the best ranked teams in solving the challenges posed.

The first prize was awarded by the Minister Fanlo, to the ‘JIJ’ team; the second, by Javier Goicoechea Fernández, director of the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineering, Computer Science and Telecommunications of the UPNA, to the ‘Sudoers del mal’ team, and the third prize was awarded by Gonzalo Soto, responsible for the Inicia Line for entrepreneurs of Caja Rural, and Maria Sanz de Galdeano, of CEIN, to the ‘0programmation’ team.

From the Public University of Navarra, we have been committed to cybersecurity, both in the computer science and Telecommunications degrees, because it is a need that companies are posing to us and the need for experts is becoming more pressing.
