The EDIH or European digital innovation centres act as a "reference point" from which to advise, guide and accompany SMEs, midcaps and public entities in their digital transformation processes. In Navarra we have obtained funding of almost 5 million euros, financed 50% by Digital Europe and 50% by MINTUR.

The EDIH provide 100% financed services that go from initial advice, diagnosis or roadmap, passing through the proof of concept, which allow testing technologies before Investing (Test Before Invest) and even reaching pre-industrial validation. In addition, we provide services in relation with the search for financing opportunities, and we perform activities and training relative to digital technologies and innovation and digital entrepreneurship.

The company benefited from a diagnosis and two technological proof-of-concept services, around food quality and safety 4.0. The success story revolves around the use of portable NIR spectroscopy technology in trout fillets, which allows to measure the quality of food products quickly, accurately and on-line. As a result, the company is satisfied and they are considering continuing to explore the technology through a pre-industrial validation or scaling service, also 100% financed and provided by CNTA.
